Coextruded anti-fog polypropylene

In order to make food packagings inviting to the consumer both the aesthetic and the nutritional characteristics need to preserve an intact wrapped product. The best film that helps these products to be edible after packing is the coextruded anti-fog polypropylene.

Particular attention needs to be dedicated to vegetables that typically continue to produce vapours after being packed. A standard coextruded polypropylene film will always appear with an anti-aesthetic “dew effect” that happens when these foods are packed. On the other hand, the coextruded anti-fog polypropylene film has three layers, the most internal of which is specifically treated so that no fog will appear in the bag. Moreover, this film facilitates the natural transpiration of vegetables. Another technical characteristic of this film is the possibility of being thermo-welded on both sides.
